3. Schedule & Attend Tour
Visit the home in person (or virtually if needed) to see the living spaces, meet the house manager, and ask questions.
During the Tour:
See available rooms (shared or private)
Meet the on-site house manager
Review house rules and expectations
Ask about daily routines and chores
Discuss program fees and payment options

4. Complete Intake Paperwork
Once you decide to move forward, complete the necessary program participation agreements and documentation.

Program participation agreement
House rules acknowledgment
Photo ID and emergency contact

Payment arrangement (first payment + deposit)

5. Move-In & Orientation
Move into your furnished room and receive a comprehensive orientation to the home, rules, and support services available to you.
On Move-In Day:

How Long Does the Process Take?

We respond to all inquiries and referrals within 5 minutes to schedule screening and tours.
Full Process: 3-7 Days
From initial contact to move-in, the typical timeline is less than one week, depending on screening results and availability.

Can I tour multiple locations?
Yes! If you're eligible for either our male or female residence (or future locations), we can arrange tours of multiple homes.
Do I need a referral to apply?
No, referrals are not required. Individuals can apply directly.
However, we do work closely with referral partners and welcome their submissions.
What happens after screening?
If approved, we move immediately to scheduling your tour. If there are concerns, we'll discuss them transparently and explore alternatives.
